Chef Michelle began her career at Ferguson Enterprises, where she spent eight years as a showroom consultant. Recognizing a need for culinary expertise, she pitched the idea of a corporate chef position to her management team, sparking a new chapter in her life. Shortly after, she earned her degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Houston and became Ferguson Enterprises’ first Corporate Chef.

In September 2018, Michelle and her husband, Darrell, acquired Well Done Cooking Classes, expanding their culinary reach. With over 80 unique cooking classes to choose from, Well Done Cooking Classes offers Houstonians the chance to explore their inner chef under Michelle’s guidance.
